Billing The Rocking Horse Boutique will not bill your account until your item is ready to be shipped. In the case of your item being out of stock, we will immediately notify you via e-mail. Returns and Exchanges Our goal is to make returns, exchanges and refunds as fair as easy as possible. All exchanges and returns must be done within 14 days of shipment. All customers wishing to return an item must call The Rocking Horse Boutique at (708) 383-2234, Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm CST, and get an R.A. number (Return Authorization number) and place on the outside of the box. Any packages returned without an R.A. number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All returns will be refunded at the original purchase price with applicable sales tax.
